Duties Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties, assessing structural integrity, systems, and overall condition. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify compliance with design specifications. Perform quality control checks to ensure construction work meets safety standards and contractual obligations. Analyze construction site conditions, identifying issues related to quality inspection and construction management.
