Field Inspector and Document Delivery

Seeking 1099 Independent Contractors to handle inspections and deliver sensitive documents to residential or commercial properties. Field calls, letter deliveries, and small inspections at homes and some businesses for financial institutions. Business Inspections Interior/Exterior Vacancy Home Inspections Government issued medical inspections

• will require additional approval Field Representatives are Independent Contractors representing our clients in the financial industry and are paid per completed assignment.

Great for small businesses, sole proprietors, and individuals who are already driving around for other work. This is considered supplemental income and not full time work.

Requirements:

EIN from the IRS set up for 1099 contract work

• your SSN does not qualify Must have a reliable device for printing, taking photos, and uploading reports on a Smart Phone to use our App.

Internet connection or WIFI is required to access reports. Must have availability to turn work around on an average of 4 days Can take photos during the day and evening time Able to pass a background check Comfortable and confident knocking on doors and conducting short interviews Must be reliable, answer calls, timely, be professional and organized Speak, read, and write English fluently Enjoy driving, knows how to map routes efficiently to complete work on time

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

All assignments are paid per order. Assignments range from $7

• $53 per assignment. This is from simple, no contact letter deliveries to business inspections. All assignments have to be completed within an average 4 day turn
• around time. We will review your resume with your city/zip code and contact you if your area is available. Potential for most contractors are $200
• $2,000+ per month.

Some areas higher with willingness to drive farther. Mileage offered for out of area accounts.
