You'll be a key contributor to the company's long‑term success and clean energy mission. 🌞 Power the Future of Clean Energy with TotalEnergies TotalEnergies Renewables USA is on an ambitious path to develop, construct, and operate a robust portfolio of onshore Wind projects across the U.S. To support this growth, we're seeking a highly skilled Electrical QA/QC Specialist who will ensure our projects are built with uncompromising safety, technical excellence, and operational reliability. Activities 💼 What You'll Do Electrical Quality Leadership Implement, maintain, and enforce the project's Quality Assurance & Quality Control plan. Ensure EPC partners, consultants, and contractors meet TotalEnergies HSE and quality expectations at all times. Conduct electrical quality inspections using the Vyn Digital System , including equipment receiving inspections for transformers and inverter/transformer skids. Technical Oversight & Compliance Verify that all electrical work adheres to applicable codes, standards, and contractual specifications. Review design drawings and EPC engineering deliverables, collaborating with the Owner's Engineer to prioritize critical areas. Manage all nonconformities related to electrical installations and drive corrective and preventive actions. Documentation, Reporting & Coordination Produce detailed quality reports and maintain all QC documentation. Organize and manage all project documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders. Participate in weekly and monthly project meetings and act as an internal subject‑matter electrical consultant. Field Support & Inspections Conduct on‑site inspections and coordinate with third‑party independent engineers as needed. Distribute QC documentation, review material specifications, and confirm accuracy of contractor work. Help develop internal quality standards, procedures, and operating policies. Candidate Profile 🎓 What You Bring Required Associate degree in engineering, project management, or construction management—or equivalent experience. 5+ years of QA/QC experience in onshore Wind and 5+ years of construction QA/QC experience . Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and onshore wind technical requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, CPM scheduling, and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. U.S. work authorization. Preferred Experience with energy storage systems (ESS).
