Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to ensure guest comfort Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform detailed floor care across various surfaces Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Support janitorial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and surface disinfection Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial equipment Experience with industrial cleaning or hospitality environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation
