Stormwater Field Technician - New Holland, PA $1,000-$1,250 per week | Full‑Time | Day Shift (Mon-Fri) No stormwater experience required — Paid Training Provided Your Quality Solutions, Inc. What You Will Do Inspect and maintain underground stormwater and water quality systems Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs Operate inspection equipment and CCTV technology (training provided) Install precast concrete structures and detention systems Document work activity using company tablets, apps, and software Travel to local job sites (public, private, and commercial) Follow OSHA and state safety guidelines at all times+ Schedule & Work Environment Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 3:30/4:00 p.m. Consistent 8‑hour days with occasional overtime Occasional prevailing wage projects What We Are Looking For Valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or field work is a plus Comfortable using digital technology (tablet, photos, email, apps) Physically able to work outdoors, lift up to 80 lbs (short distances) Self‑motivated, reliable, and willing to learn Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Must meet company and client background and clearance requirements Pay & Benefits Weekly earnings: $1,000-$1,250 Annual average: $54,000-$65,000 Full‑time PTO & paid holidays HRA (health reimbursement arrangement) Simple IRA with 3% company match (100% vested) Company apparel, annual boot reimbursement, PPE provided Company‑paid safety training and certifications to support your growth and success in the role Career Growth We invest in our people.
