Job Description
We're a growing short-term rental (aka AirbNb) renovation and construction company preparing homes
NATIONWIDE
for launch and keeping them in top condition for guests and investors. We're looking for a Airbnb Property Inspector who's organized, hands-on, and ready to travel to help us get new properties launch-ready for guests. This involves some light handy work, so you can touch up small fixes you find when inspecting projects. This role will need to be based out of Dallas, TX OR Scottsdale, AZ, to be based out of a market we work out of.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
When traveling (up to 75% of the role): Conduct progress inspections at various phases of project to verify work being done on properties, this will often be done market by market Perform warranty inspections, documenting any outstanding items that need attention Spot and document repairs, maintenance needs, and safety concerns Capture key property details — appliances, WiFi, trash, parking, amenities, systems Create clear inspection reports for Project Coordinators and Project Managers, ensuring they have detailed visibility into the phase Complete light repairs and construction-adjacent fixes on-site (batteries, light assembly, minor repairs, warranty punch-list items) Coordinate with ops, design, maintenance, and cleaning teams to ensure smooth launches When not traveling, from your home location: Help with day-to-day project operations, supporting Project Coordinators and Managers move projects along based on what you've observed in the field Coordinate solutions remotely for issues you identified during walk throughs in the market Develop and nurture sub-contractor and vendor relationships Stay up-to-date on documentation and administrative workWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience with property inspections, maintenance, facilities, construction, or similar Strong eye for spotting issues and documenting accurately Comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time (in-state and out-of-state) Strong documentation and communication skills (Slack and CompanyCam experience a plus) Confident handling light handiwork and repairs independently Organized, proactive, able to work without heavy oversight Reliable transportation and valid driver's licenseWHAT YOU GET
