What You'll Do As a Home Inspector with Elevate Inspections, you'll perform comprehensive residential inspections while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting detailed home inspections in accordance with industry standards Inspecting roofing by walking on the roof, foundations by going under the house, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural components, and more Identifying and documenting defects with clear photos and notes Preparing professional digital inspection reports Educating clients and answering questions during and after inspections Traveling throughout the Greater Southern California area to inspection appointments Continuously expanding your knowledge through ongoing training and education Requirements Previous home inspection experience Certification from a recognized home inspection organization Strong understanding of residential building systems and home components Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic computer proficiency, including Outlook and common software applications Ability to operate inspection equipment including ladders, moisture meters, cameras, and laptops Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs Walk on residential roofs safely Enter and navigate crawl spaces and attics comfortably Work in varying weather conditions Stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout homes for extended periods How to Apply If you're an experienced, certified home inspector looking to join a company that values professionalism, integrity, and continuous growth, we'd love to hear from you.
