Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly + benefits

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Conduct home inspections according to company procedures and TREC standards. Inspect structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, appliances, and related systems. Prepare clear, detailed inspection reports using inspection software. Explain findings professionally to clients and agents. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and good judgment.

Qualifications:

Must have a Texas Real Estate Home Inspection License to be considered for this position What We're Looking For Required Active Texas Professional Real Estate Inspector License. Active Driver's License. At least 1 year of inspection experience. Strong communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, crawl attics, and survive Texas summers. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
