Job Description

Realtor Relations & Home Inspector Trainee WIN Home Inspection Denton Flower Mound, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Customer communication Customer relationship building Business development Driving CRM system proficiency Full Job Description About the Opportunity WIN Home Inspection is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and professional individual to help us grow our Realtor relationships throughout the DFW area. This is more than a part-time sales position. The goal is to develop the right person into a licensed home inspector and a long-term member of our team. You'll begin by learning the business from the ground up—building relationships with Realtors, visiting open houses and brokerage offices, attending networking events, following up with contacts, and helping generate inspection opportunities. As you learn the business and demonstrate the right work ethic and personality, we'll help you work toward becoming a licensed Texas home inspector and transition into performing inspections as the business grows. What You'll Do
  • Visit Realtor offices, open houses, networking events, and other real estate-related locations throughout the DFW area
  • Introduce Realtors to WIN Home Inspection and build genuine professional relationships
  • Follow up with Realtors and maintain consistent communication
  • Identify and develop relationships with high-potential agents and offices
  • Maintain detailed contact information, notes, lead ratings, and follow-up dates in our CRM
  • Help generate inspection opportunities through relationship building
  • Represent WIN Home Inspection professionally in the community
  • Learn the home inspection business through ride-alongs, field experience, and training
  • Work toward obtaining the necessary Texas home inspector education and licensing
  • Eventually transition into performing home inspections as your skills, licensing, and the business develop What We're Looking For We're looking for the right person—not necessarily someone with years of sales experience.
You should be:
  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people
  • Confident walking into a Realtor office and starting a conversation
  • Professional and personable
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Organized and comfortable using technology and CRM software
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Comfortable driving throughout the DFW area
  • A strong communicator and listener
  • Interested in real estate, homes, construction, or the inspection industry
  • Willing to learn and grow with a small, growing business
  • Interested in eventually becoming a licensed home inspector Real estate, construction, sales, customer service, leasing, mortgage, title, or home-services experience is a plus, but not required.
The Career Path The initial position is approximately 20 hours per week and focused primarily on Realtor relationship development and business growth. For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into a larger role: Phase 1: Realtor Relations & Business Development Phase 2: Home Inspector Training & Licensing Phase 3: Licensed Home Inspector Phase 4: Increased responsibility, inspection volume, hours, and earning potential as the business grows Our goal is to find someone who wants to grow with the company—not simply work a part-time job.
