Preference given if you are available weekends. Duties Conduct residential and/or commercial property inspections Complete detailed reports for clients Qualifications Proven experience in quality inspection , preferably within the construction or real estate sectors. Ability to effectively collect and analyze data related to property conditions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting of findings. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple inspection projects simultaneously.
