Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Construction Inspector to support the 17th Civil Engineer Squadron (17 CES) in Goodfellow AFB, TX. This position is contingent upon contract award.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Inspect construction sites as a technical representative. Responsible for reading and interpreting plans and specifications. Inspect materials and workmanship. Insure safety requirement of construction projects in accordance with organization policies and procedures. Interact with technical or management specialists within the customer organization. Participate in regular meetings with the customer organization and its stakeholders. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Degrees from accredited programs as an engineering, architect, or related field are preferred, but not required. Must be OSHA 30 certified Have an in-depth knowledge of Air Force (AF) organizational structures, functions and procedures, as well as command relationships and responsibilities Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner Excellent and accurate written communication Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality Veterans and Military Spouses are encouraged to apply.
