Job Description

We are looking for a Deed Restriction Inspector to support communities in the San Antonio area. Inspectors conduct driving inspections of properties within assigned communities to identify and document deed restriction violations. We provide inspectors with easy-to-use software that allows data entry to be completed remotely on a flexible schedule , Monday-Wednesday each week. Key Responsibilities Drive throughout the assigned community and visually inspect each property from the public street Record all new violations and update the status of existing violations Review and inspect properties in response to homeowner complaints Photograph violations when requested Identify and recommend properties for forced maintenance Transmit inspection results through remote system access Note obvious common area deficiencies, such as vandalism; monitor and document new construction activity Confirm that homes comply with the community's Architectural Guidelines and deed restriction requirements Communicate and coordinate with the community manager on infractions and monitoring of Association restrictions Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of each community's land use restrictions and governing guidelines What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Working knowledge of Association governing documents (or willingness to learn quickly) Sharp observation skills and sound judgment in the field Ability to manage multiple communities and tasks efficiently Reliable transportation and comfort with independent, self-directed work Equipment & Requirements Personal computer with reliable internet access Cell phone Own vehicle for community inspections Availability Monday through Wednesday each week Able to start immediately
