Temp-to-Perm Job Description:
- Perform point-to-point inspections before products move to the final testing department.
- Inspect electrical assemblies to ensure they meet quality and engineering specifications.
- Identify and document defects before products are released for final testing.
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality standards.
- Excellent opportunity for advancement into an Electrical Testing Technician position.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Experience using a multimeter.
- Knowledge of AC/DC electrical testing.
- Experience working with high-voltage equipment.
- Strong electrical or electronics background.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
