Katy, TX (Applicants must reside in or near Katy, TX) About Us M&M Home Pro Inspections, PLLC is a locally trusted home inspection company dedicated to delivering thorough, honest, and reliable inspection services throughout Central Texas. We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and helping clients make informed decisions about their homes. Position Summary We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and TREC-licensed Home Inspector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and takes pride in delivering clear and professional inspection reports. Key Responsibilities Conduct residential inspections according to TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) standards Inspect major systems including foundation, structure, roof, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical Identify and document deficiencies, safety issues, and maintenance concerns Provide objective, unbiased, and professional findings in detailed written reports Communicate inspection results clearly and professionally to clients and real estate agents Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TREC regulations and building codes Drive to inspection sites in the Katy area and surrounding communities Manage scheduling, time, and workflow efficiently Use inspection software and digital tools to complete reports Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after inspections Qualifications Active Home Inspector License through the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Reside in or near Katy, Texas Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops Tech-savvy, with proficiency in mobile devices, software, and report-writing tools Physical ability to carry ladders and inspection equipment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and performance Flexible scheduling Professional development support Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding local business How to Apply Please submit your resume, copy of TREC license, and a brief cover letter explaining why you're a great fit for this role.
