Project performance and stakeholder communication. Monitor and perform inspections of construction activities by contractors. Evaluate contractor compliance with quality control plans, construction drawings, and specifications. Ensure that all construction activities meet the required standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate material testing activities. Coordinate material testing procedures and commissioning activities, ensuring that all testing is conducted in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

Determine whether safety and environmental policies are followed. Ensure that all construction activities comply with established safety and environmental standards.

Prepare daily reports, quantity verification and takeoffs, pay application review, quality assurance review, asphalt and concrete pavement inspections, subgrade and base course inspections, and airfield lighting and electrical infrastructure inspections.

Systematically document and report on daily construction activities, identifying any deviations from plans and recommending corrective actions as necessary.

Compile and analyze technical data related to project performance, preparing comprehensive reports to inform decision-making and support program objective.

Develop and implement logistics plans to coordinate program activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project schedules.
