ENTRY LEVEL TO EXPERIENCED

Certified Construction Special Inspectors to join our team! Pay is commensurate with experience and certifications. Construction Material Testing Technicians (CMT) are entry level to experienced technicians that may or may not hold the appropriate certifications. They perform daily inspection of construction projects, monitoring quality and adherence to building code requirements, construction drawings and project specifications. As a CMT technician your duties will include visual/physical inspection and field testing to verify conformance with the plans specifications. Preparing daily inspection reports and providing written and electronic documentation of observation and testing of materials. Organizational skills, computer skills, good math skills, clean driving record are required. Requirements:

Must have a GREAT ATTITUDE and LOVE working on construction sites and outdoors in all types of weather These positions do not have set schedules and times as construction happens at all times of the day. At the same time, the job does not get routine or boring as it provides a lot of variability in locations and types of projects. Must have a high school diploma Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history Those with existing ICC, ACI, WAQTC, UDOT and/or AWS certifications will be paid appropriately. You will be required to maintain a company vehicle and cell phone and be able to organize your daily schedule. Experienced inspectors with UDOT, ACI, WAQTC, ICC, or other industry certifications all needed and encouraged to apply.
