Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable, licensed electrical sub-contractor to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

Projects include:

Residential new homes and remodels New construction wiring Service upgrades & panel work Lighting installation Troubleshooting and repairs Tenant fit-outs

Requirements:

Must be licensed and insured in Delaware Strong attention to safety and code compliance Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly Reliable crew and workmanship Competitive and transparent pricing We offer: Fast payment terms Clear scopes and dependable scheduling Long-term partnership potential If you're an experienced electrical sub-contractor and interested in bidding or partnering with us, we'd love to connect. We pay 2 times per month on the 1st and 15th. We pay following rough in inspection pass and then final work once inspection passes. Will be discussed further when you express interest.
