Job Description
We are a trusted provider of comprehensive property inspection services dedicated to delivering high-quality evaluations and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Home Inspection Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on specialized inspection services including sewer scope inspections, indoor air quality testing, radon testing, pool and irrigation inspections, and water quality testing. Responsibilities Perform sewer scope inspections for residential and commercial properties Conduct indoor air quality assessments and document findings Perform radon testing and provide recommendations when needed Inspect pools and irrigation systems for safety and functionality Conduct water quality testing and reporting Accurately document inspection findings and communicate results professionally Maintain equipment and follow company inspection procedures Provide excellent customer service during all client interactions Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently Comfortable with physical activities including climbing, crawling, and lifting Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and schedules Previous inspection experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate Radon certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification required if not currently certified Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Bonus and commission opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, and Group Life Insurance Paid holidays Retirement savings plan Paid mileage reimbursement Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
