DRP Field Inspector - Shanco Companies W-2 Position | Base Salary & Quarterly Bonus | Company Vehicle | Full-Time Benefits Shanco Companies —recognized nationally for innovation, quality, and service excellence for more than 36 years—is expanding its Direct Repair Program (DRP) operations and hiring a DRP Field Inspector to support our carrier partnerships and deliver best-in-class inspection accuracy, cycle time performance, and customer experience. This role is designed for a process-driven professional who thrives in a structured environment, executes with precision, and understands the impact accuracy and consistency have within carrier-aligned programs. Role Overview The DRP Field Inspector is responsible for conducting comprehensive property and roof inspections under carrier guidelines, ensuring all documentation, timelines, and reporting meet the strict performance benchmarks defined by Feazel and our DRP partners. This full-time W-2 position includes competitive compensation, quarterly incentives tied to scorecard outcomes, and a company vehicle Key Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial roof inspections following Shanco's Certified DRP Inspection Standard. Assess exterior systems for functional or storm-related damage. Execute tarping and temporary mitigation when required. Capture detailed photos, measurements, and notes using Shanco's digital workflow. Submit inspection results within carrier-required timelines (SLA compliance). Ensure accuracy of scope notes, material identification, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with DRP Program Managers, CAMs, and carrier adjusters. Provide clear communication to homeowners regarding next steps. Uphold safety protocols and represent Feazel with professionalism. What You Bring Experience in roofing, inspections, mitigation, or insurance restoration. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Comfort working at heights. Salesforce experience preferred (not required). Valid driver's license and clean record.
