$50,000+ per year (based on performance and workload)

2 Inspections a day, 5 days a week or more. Some evenings & every other weekend work.

Complete inspection reports promptly using our streamlined software, allowing you to maximize your time and focus on client service. Qualifications:

A current Washington State Home Inspector License is required. Proven experience in conducting detailed home inspections with precision and accuracy. Ability to effectively communicate findings to clients, fostering trust and understanding. Experience using advanced inspection tools and technology, including drones and IR cameras. Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with real estate agents and clients. Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
