As a Building Inspector, you will be at the forefront of maintaining high standards in building safety and structural integrity, contributing to community development and infrastructure excellence. Duties Conducting residential and commercial building inspections. Ensuring compliance with applicable building, safety, and fire codes. Enforcing City ordinances and applicable regulations. Reviewing construction and renovation projects for code compliance. Maintaining inspection records and reports. Working with contractors, property owners, and city officials. Document inspection findings thoroughly and maintain comprehensive records for regulatory compliance and project accountability.

From $40,000.00 per year
