Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. This energetic position involves performing tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance with precision and care. Responsibilities Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs efficiently to meet customer needs. Conduct oil changes using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper procedures are followed for different vehicle types. Assist with wheel alignments to optimize vehicle handling and tire longevity. Diagnose basic automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs such as brake checks, fluid levels, and other routine services. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform repairs and maintenance tasks accurately. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire service, and alignments. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to assisting customers. Service technician experience is a plus; enthusiasm for learning new skills is essential. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
