Job Description

GLO Resources is currently hiring a Certified Crane Operator for a permanent position in Milton, FL , and local surrounding areas. The rate of pay is $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience. Per Diem available. The schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional overtime and weekend work.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator responsible for operating heavy-duty 75+ ton telescoping boom swing cab cranes and lattice boom crawler cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment on construction and industrial projects. The operator must follow all safety regulations, perform precise lifts, conduct equipment inspections, and work collaboratively with the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate 75+ ton telescoping boom swing cab cranes and lattice boom crawler cranes. Perform daily crane and equipment inspections. Participate in critical lift planning and load management. Read and interpret load charts. Perform equipment setup and site/ground assessments before crane operations. Safely lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment. Ensure crane operations comply with company policies and OSHA safety standards. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with site personnel. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience operating 75+ ton heavy cranes. NCCCO Certified Lattice Boom Crane LLC is required. TLL Certification preferred. Crane Operator Physical required. Must pass a 10-panel drug screen. Must pass a background check. Knowledge of rigging, material handling, equipment control, and crane safety protocols. Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation related to crane operations. Good written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Standing for prolonged periods. Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching. Pushing and pulling heavy objects. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
