Responsibilities Operate crane equipment, including draglines, boom trucks, excavators, backhoes, and forklifts, with a focus on safety and accuracy. Perform rigging tasks to securely lift and move heavy materials and machinery across industrial settings. Handle materials efficiently by loading, unloading, and transporting items within job sites. Conduct routine inspections of crane and heavy equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety compliance. Support construction activities by setting up work zones, positioning equipment, and assisting with site logistics. Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, inspections, and operational logs to ensure accountability and safety standards are upheld. Experience Proven experience operating cranes, including draglines, boom trucks, excavators, or similar heavy machinery in construction or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation, rigging techniques, and safety procedures. Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with site safety protocols and teamwork in demanding environments. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
