You will be instrumental in the secure and productive handling of cranes across a range of industrial and construction sites. Core Duties Execute lifts, transfers, and placements of materials while adhering to project requirements. Perform thorough pre-shift equipment checks to verify the machinery is safe for use. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all regulatory safety standards. Coordinate with ground personnel and colleagues to ensure seamless communication during lifting tasks. Keep detailed and precise records regarding daily crane usage and any service work completed. Support the growth of the team by providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff. Carry out necessary troubleshooting and standard maintenance tasks on the crane machinery. Required Qualifications Current certification as a Crane Operator through NCCCO or an equivalent body. Demonstrated history of operating diverse crane models, such as tower, mobile, or overhead units. Help ensure project success by maintaining a deep knowledge of industry safety standards and operational best practices. Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to working with others. Proficiency in analyzing technical schematics and construction blueprints. The physical capability and endurance required to handle the demands of this position. Completion of high school or a GED, with preference given to those who have pursued further vocational training in heavy equipment.
