The ideal candidate will have experience operating cranes on construction sites, a strong understanding of jobsite safety, and the ability to work efficiently with crews in the field.

Typical Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Requirements Must possess a valid Connecticut Crane Operator's License. Massachusetts Crane Operator's License is a plus. Must have a valid OSHA 10 certification. Previous crane operating experience required. Knowledge of proper rigging procedures, load charts, and safe lifting practices. Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify potential safety concerns. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others. Ability to follow jobsite safety regulations and communicate effectively with ground crews. Responsibilities Safely operate cranes to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites. Perform daily pre-operation inspections of crane equipment. Review load charts and ensure lifts are performed within equipment capacity. Coordinate with riggers, signalpersons, and other crew members. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Follow all applicable OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
