General:

Establish and demonstrate the company's vision, mission, value statements, reputation and code of ethics with internal and external stakeholders. If you are not in the Key Largo, FL area you must be willing to relocate at your own expense. There are no VISA's for this position either. Must be a US citizen or have legal authorization to work in the

US. THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT BASED POSITION. IT IS FULL TIME. NO TEMP THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN SOUTH FLORIDA!

Project Management:

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of the Barge Crew on assigned projects Maintain and manage adequate material on the barge Train staff on appropriate use of tools/equipment and processes of barge operations Ensure all work is in compliance with contract and codes Upload photos of daily progress

Safety:

Responsible for safety of the barge staff on all assigned projects Enforce staff compliance with company safety policies, protocols and procedures Maintain all reports for safety audits, inspections, etc.

Equipment:

Experience with an Linkbelt LS 78 Crawler Crane is preferred or something similar. Must either have your current NCCCO Crane Certification or be willing to pass the test on your own time. If you have heavy machinery experience, welding, etc. that would be a plus. Company Description UKMC is a Monroe County Marine Construction business. We install docks, seawalls, boat lifts, rip rap, bulkhead in and around the water. We are a licensed specialty contractor with the state of Florida.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
