Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Crane Operator to join our dynamic crane rental team. In this vital role, you will operate a National 23 Ton TLL boom truck, and facilitate the safe and efficient movement of materials across construction sites. Your expertise in crane operation, load handling procedures, and safety regulations will ensure projects progress smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties Operate overhead cranes, boom trucks, hydraulic cranes, and other load handling equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols Safely secure loads using rigging techniques and load securing rigging methods to prevent accidents or damage during lifting and transportation Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and lifting equipment, ensuring all safety equipment is functional and compliant with OSHA safety standards Follow construction workplace safety regulations diligently, implementing safety protocol adherence at all times Coordinate with team members to plan lifting operations, ensuring materials are handled efficiently and accurately within the construction environment Assist with materials handling tasks such as loading, unloading, shipping & receiving, and warehouse organization as needed Maintain detailed records of crane operations, inspections, and safety checks to ensure compliance with industry standards Qualifications Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrake.

NCCCO TSS/ TLL

Certification Proven experience operating cranes such as overhead cranes, boom trucks, or hydraulic cranes in a construction or warehouse setting Strong mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, load handling procedures in crane operations, and materials handling techniques Valid commercial driver's license with experience in commercial driving preferred Knowledge of rigging practices, load securing methods, and heavy equipment operation including backhoe operation Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and implementation of OSHA safety standards Ability to perform routine maintenance checks on cranes and related equipment to ensure optimal performance Construction experience or related background in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations highly desirable Join our team if you're ready to operate heavy machinery safely while contributing to impactful construction projects!
