Full-Time Join a Team That Moves the Impossible We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to operate an
LTM 1250-5
(5-Axle) Mobile Crane in support of heavy hauling, specialized transportation, and oversized material handling operations. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently performing complex lifts, loading and unloading equipment, and positioning heavy materials in a fast-paced outdoor logistics environment. LTM 1250-5
mobile crane to lift, move, position, and stage heavy and oversized materials. Load and unload trucks, trailers, railcars, and specialized transportation equipment. Assist with material placement and staging throughout yard and project locations. Execute lifts in accordance with approved lift plans, load charts, and customer requirements. Verify load weights, dimensions, center of gravity, and rigging configurations prior to lifting. Maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, vehicles, equipment, structures, and potential hazards. Operate equipment within manufacturer's guidelines and capacity limitations. Safety & Equipment Inspections Perform daily pre-operational inspections of crane systems and lifting equipment. Inspect hooks, wire rope, chains, slings, and rigging before use. Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, and maintenance concerns immediately. Follow OSHA regulations and all company and customer safety procedures. Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Team Collaboration Work closely with riggers, spotters, truck drivers, and operations personnel to complete lifts safely and efficiently. Utilize proper hand signals and radio communications during lifting operations. Assist with yard organization and material handling when crane operations are not required. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. QualificationsRequired Previous mobile crane operating experience. Current NCCCO Certification (or equivalent recognized crane operator certification). Experience reading and interpreting load charts and lift plans. Strong understanding of rigging practices and load-handling procedures. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe lifting practices. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed. Preferred Experience operating large-capacity Liebherr mobile cranes. Experience in heavy haul, logistics, construction, industrial, port, or specialized transportation environments. Rigging experience and knowledge of complex lift planning. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to safely access and exit crane cabs and equipment. Ability to work at heights when required. Ability to work around heavy equipment and active job sites. Ability to wear required PPE, including hard hat, safety footwear, safety glasses, and high-visibility apparel.
