Requirements High School Diploma or GED required.

CurrentNCCCO or NCCER Crane Certificationpreferred.

ValidCommercial Driver's License (CDL)preferred.

Ability to pass aDOT Physical Examination.

Previous crane operation experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail. Job Duties Safely operate cranes and lifting equipment to move heavy materials and equipment.

Determine load weights and ensure lifts remain within safe operating capacities.

Perform daily equipment inspections and report or repair minor mechanical issues.

Inspect and maintain cables, hooks, pulleys, and lifting accessories.

Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures.

Read work schedules and prioritize material movement to support production.

Work closely with team members to complete lifts safely and efficiently.

Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards. Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay
