This isn't a high-rise construction job.

Our crane work includes:

Lifting and launching sailboats and powerboats Stepping and unstepping masts Moving boats around the yard Performing routine crane inspections and basic maintenance Working safely with our yard crew and customers We're looking for someone who enjoys operating equipment, takes pride in working safely, and appreciates the unique environment of a boatyard. This position could be a great fit for someone who is semi-retired or retired but still wants to stay active, work a flexible schedule, and be part of a good crew. Marine experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person in the specifics of boat handling.

Qualifications:
