As a Crane Operator , your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring your team produces quality product for our valued customers. The team you will be working with is diverse and hardworking, and values honesty and willingness to learn. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., and Saturday's as needed. So, what will you be doing as a Crane Operator? Operating a Crane to fill hoppers Ensuring that hoppers are filled to keep production running Ensure correct product is loaded into the correct hopper Follow job instructions and control plans during your workday Follow all facility safety protocols To be successful in this role, you'll need; Able to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to operate within given timelines Multi-tasking ability Ability to lift, bend, rotate, and stand throughout your shift Things we consider a plus: Previous manufacturing experience is a plus Previous experience operating a Crane Reasons You'll Love It Here Our benefits include medical (tele-visits included), dental, and vision insurance; as well as paid vacation and paid personal time.
