Gantry Crane Operator Pay Rate:

$26-28 based on experience

Location:

West Jefferson, OH Shifts Available:

1st shift 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs (training from 8am-4pm M-F) Will eventually move to 10 hour shifts- 4 days a week. We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Gantry Crane Operator to support warehouse material handling operations. The operator will be responsible for safely operating gantry cranes to move, load, and position heavy materials while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and operational procedures. This role is critical to maintaining efficient warehouse flow and ensuring safe handling of oversized or heavy loads. Key Responsibilities Operate gantry cranes to lift, move, position, and secure materials within the warehouse Perform pre-operation inspections of crane equipment and report maintenance issues Safely sling, rig, and balance loads according to weight limits and procedures Coordinate with warehouse team members, supervisors, and riggers during lifts Maintain accurate documentation for loads, movements, and inspections
