Crane Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Crane Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate various types of cranes and heavy equipment to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently across construction sites. Duties Operate cranes, boom trucks, forklifts, backhoes, excavators, and other heavy machinery with precision and safety. Rig materials securely using rigging techniques to facilitate safe lifting and movement. Handle materials efficiently within construction sites, warehouses, or shipping and receiving areas. Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Coordinate with team members to plan lifting sequences and ensure smooth workflow. Assist with warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management when needed. Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, inspections, and operational activities for safety audits. Requirements Proven experience operating cranes Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience with rigging techniques and materials handling on construction sites or in warehouse environments. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads and working at heights in outdoor environments. Prior experience in construction or related industries is highly preferred.
