You'll oversee daily operations, inspire and coach your team, and ensure residents thrive in a safe, happy, and well run environment. Key Responsibilities Build a strong, compassionate team and mentor them to success Achieve and maintain occupancy through community outreach and tours Ensure resident satisfaction and address concerns promptly Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational goals Oversee compliance with all laws, policies, and safety standards Partner with department heads on dining, maintenance, and resident programs Foster a welcoming, positive culture for residents and staff What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in senior living operations, with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire teams A strong grasp of community operations including occupancy, resident satisfaction, and budget accountability Hands on experience with sales, tours, and community outreach to support and maintain strong occupancy Confidence navigating compliance, safety standards, and state regulations A people first leadership style with excellent communication and relationship building skills The ability to balance operational details while keeping residents, families, and team members at the center of every decision 6+ years of leadership and operations experience in senior living High school diploma or GED required Must pass background check and health screenings If you're passionate about serving others and ready to create a vibrant community for seniors, we'd love to meet you.
