- Full-time Hot Metal Crane / Cabin Crane Purpose Performs the operation of loading EAF or Continuous Casting machine by means of moving baskets, ladles or other equipments with cranes in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards. Main Activities
- Fill in safety checklists and other auditable forms complying with security regulation and procedures.
- Operates cranes.
- Performs baskets loading and electrode and vault-roof changing.
- Transports and loads materials in silos.
- Returns ladle with remaining steel to the EAF.
- Carries out ladle movements and positioning.
- Performs steel transfer.
- Changes ingots.
- Performs tundish movements.
- Notifies malfunctioning and abnormalities.
- Updates information in the tracking systems. Minimum Qualification for the Job

- Product Inspection when applicable
- Certification when applicable.
