Certified Crane Operator About us Chris-Hill Construction Company is a heavy civil and industrial contracting company, operating in the Mid-South area since 1965. Chris-Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The candidate must have experience as a crane operator of a lattice boom crawler crane. The candidate must be NCCCO Certified. The candidate will work in Memphis and the surrounding greater Memphis area, including West TN, North MS, and East AR, operating cranes on different jobsites for heavy civil construction work. The candidate must be willing to improve their skills as an operator and uphold a strict code of safety. DOT physical and drug screen upon hiring are required.
