Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Crane Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty mobile cranes to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently across various construction and industrial sites. Your expertise in crane operation, combined with a strong understanding of safety, site assessment, will ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment while contributing to large-scale projects that require precision and reliability. Responsibilities Operate mobile cranes with precision to lift, move, and position heavy materials in accordance with project specifications and safety protocols Conduct pre-operation inspections of crane equipment, ensuring all safety devices are functional before use Coordinate with ground personnel, warehouse staff, and site supervisors to facilitate efficient load handling and placement Follow OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines and company safety policies at all times during crane operation Maintain accurate records of crane usage, load weights, and inspection reports for compliance and maintenance scheduling Assist with warehouse distribution tasks such as inventory management, order picking, shipping & receiving, and manual handling when necessary Operate other material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, forklifts, and load & unload machinery as needed for seamless operations Experience Valid certifications for crane operation (such as NCCCO ) a CDL license Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes in a warehouse or construction environment Strong background in warehouse operations including order picking, shipping & receiving, inventory management, and materials handling Prior experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership is a plus Familiarity with RF scanners, basic math skills for load calculations, and manual handling techniques Knowledge of safety protocols including OSHA standards related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety Valid certifications for crane operation (such as NCCCO or equivalent) are highly desirable Hands-on experience with forklift operation, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling tools is preferred Join us to operate top-tier equipment safely while supporting vital logistics operations! Pay:
