Position Summary Accurate Meter & Supply is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver / Knuckle Boom Crane Operator to join its operations team in Katy, Texas. This role is responsible for safely delivering and setting precast concrete meter vault assemblies, backflow prevention devices, and other waterworks products at municipal, utility, and commercial construction sites throughout the Houston metropolitan area. This position combines commercial driving with hands-on operation of a knuckle boom crane and requires an individual who enjoys working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, and supporting critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable navigating active construction environments. Required Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean driving record. Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate. Experience operating a knuckle boom or articulating crane. Experience working around heavy equipment and construction environments. Strong commitment to safety. Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently. Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering precast concrete products, utility vaults, or waterworks materials. Experience operating HIAB or similar articulating cranes. Crane operator certification or formal training. Familiarity with Houston-area construction and municipal utility projects. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A or Class B commercial vehicle equipped with a knuckle boom crane. Deliver precast concrete meter vaults, backflow assemblies, and other waterworks products throughout the Houston area. Operate the knuckle boom crane to unload, position, and install precast concrete assemblies safely and accurately. Navigate active construction sites while maintaining awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, underground utilities, and changing site conditions. Complete required DOT inspections, driver logs, and delivery documentation. Load and unload materials at both warehouse and customer locations. Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, sales teams, and customers regarding deliveries and site conditions. Follow all company, OSHA, and DOT safety regulations. Perform routine inspections of assigned vehicles and equipment and report maintenance needs. Assist with warehouse and operations support as business needs require.

$35.00 per hour
