Crane Operator

Duties Operate cranes with precision to lift, move, and position construction materials such as steel beams, concrete panels, and heavy equipment Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and related machinery to ensure safety and functionality Coordinate with ground personnel to execute lifting plans smoothly and efficiently Manage the safe loading and unloading of trucks including dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, front loader trucks, and tanker trucks Assist with the operation of other heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and farm machinery as needed on site Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries during crane operation Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance needs Experience Proven construction site experience working with heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment Mechanical knowledge of crane systems, hydraulics, and general machinery maintenance Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience operating large vehicles such as front loader trucks or tanker trucks Hands-on experience operating various types of heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and cranes Familiarity with construction safety standards and protocols for crane operation Knowledge of Caterpillar (CAT) machinery or similar brands is highly advantageous Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and precision Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise makes a tangible impact!
