Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage site access, and support daily operations with strong communication and customer service. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or badges, log visitor and vehicle activity, and help to control access to restricted areas in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and other security-related concerns. Support gate operations by checking deliveries, directing authorized traffic, maintaining required records, and reporting policy violations and/or maintenance issues to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

A TSA issued TWIC is required. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
