We are currently seeking a highly skilled Certified Crane Operator —preferably with additional experience operating heavy equipment—to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA . Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate a lattice boom crane and/or hydraulic telescopic boom crane on a heavy construction project at a wastewater treatment facility Perform routine equipment inspections and promptly report any deficiencies to the supervisor Work closely with the construction team to maintain project priorities and adhere to schedules Qualifications Valid and up-to-date NCCCO crane certification required Proven experience supporting concrete operations, including pouring concrete, setting wall forms, and placing rebar Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety practices Additional Requirements Must pass a drug screening Adams Robinson is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer .
