• Full-time The Assistant Golf Professional is responsible for promoting the game of golf and being an integral part of the golf operations team at Fredericksburg Country Club.

The successful candidate will assist the PGA Head Golf Professional in all aspects of daily golf department management, including, but not limited to, staff management, tournament operations, player development, junior golf, and merchandising. Fredericksburg Country Club's goal is to create a golf experience above all expectations that mirrors the mission statement of our facility. In order to achieve our goal, we will need to hire a highly motivated candidate and build our team for success. The Assistant Golf Professional will receive the full support of the Head Golf Professional and the Fredericksburg CC team as their career progresses and work in a culture that promotes team first, growth, and creativity. They will build relationships that last a lifetime and gain full self-confidence in their ability to be an outstanding golf professional. Most importantly, they will feel a strong sense of pride and belonging to the club and our team while developing their skills to prepare them for the next chapter in their golf professional career.

Willingness to work long hours and weekends on major tournament weeks.
