Overview We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operators & Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of cranes and heavy machinery on construction sites. Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate lifting operations. Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and other heavy machinery to ensure they are in safe working condition. Maintain clear communication with ground personnel using hand signals or radios during lifting operations. Safely operate other machinery as needed. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site to prevent accidents and injuries. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues immediately. Qualifications Proven experience as a Crane Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry. Valid crane operator certification is required; additional certifications for commercial driving or operating specific machinery are a plus. Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and regulations. Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for precise operation of machinery. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
