Job Description
Job Overview Black Gold Energy Service, LLC is a Rig moving and Heavy Haul company seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating cranes ranging from 75-ton to 330-ton, with a commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork. Duties Safely operate crawler and hydraulic mobile cranes to lift and move materials and equipment. Plan and execute lifts using crane capacity charts and proper rigging techniques. Conduct daily crane and rigging inspections, reporting findings through clear verbal and written communication. Program crane computer systems for appropriate setup and operation. Set up cranes on-site in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all safety protocols. Follow verbal and hand signal instructions to ensure safe load movement. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance to ensure operational reliability. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and safe operations. Qualifications 3-5 years of crane operating experience with cranes ranging from 75-ton to 330-ton. Valid Lattice Boom Crane (LBC) and Telescopic Boom Crane (TLL) NCCCO certifications. Class A CDL with a clean driving record and current DOT physical card. Ability to climb ladders, stand/walk on uneven surfaces, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to safety protocols and high-quality work performance. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Reliable transportation. Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
