Located in Gilbert, AZ with second office in Henderson, NV. We are a leading general contractor with a specialization in telecommunications and infrastructure construction. With a growing presence in the Las Vegas area, our expertise encompasses a broad range of services, including underground horizontal drilling, civil and cell tower construction, and fiber optic upgrades. Who We're Looking For:

We're on the lookout for a motivated Underground Tech I to join our Team. No prior experience is needed; we will provide all necessary training and certification. Key Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Develop skills in reading and understanding construction drawings Desire to gain working experience in directional drilling, utility locating, and hydro excavation. Learn to operate equipment such as concrete saws, mini excavators, skid steers, and vacuum trucks. Understand and adhere to site safety and awareness protocols. Accurately follow methods of procedure and complete assigned tasks. Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with team members and clients. Overnight travel as needed. Work effectively in various weather conditions, including heat, snow, rain, and wind.

Qualifications:

No experience is required; we offer comprehensive training and certification courses. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid Driver's License or CDL is a plus. Minimum age of 18. Good listening skills and eagerness to learn. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening. Must be local to market.
