Job Description

Overview We're looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Water Well Driller to join our crew in Arizona. The right candidate brings hands-on experience operating both air rotary and mud rotary drilling rigs, understands the unique geology of the desert Southwest, and takes pride in delivering clean, reliable water to homes, ranches, and communities across the state. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, water trucks, and specialized drilling rigs with precision and safety awareness Maintain mechanical systems on drilling equipment, performing routine inspections and troubleshooting issues promptly Monitor drilling parameters (air pressure, bit weight, rotation speed, mud properties) and adjust to maintain efficiency and wellbore integrity Follow OSHA safety standards rigorously to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and team members Assist with construction site setup, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment staging Support the transportation of materials and equipment using forklifts, Caterpillar machinery, or other construction vehicles as needed Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on water well drilling experience Demonstrated proficiency operating air rotary drilling rigs Demonstrated proficiency operating mud rotary drilling rigs Knowledge of Arizona geology and typical aquifer formations Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs and routine maintenance on drilling equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards Join us in building essential water infrastructure through skilled drilling. Pay:
$26.00 - $31.00 per hour
