Foreman:

As a Foreman overseeing Vacuum Operators, Directional Drillers, Locators, and Drill Crew, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency. Your core skills in heavy equipment operation will be essential as you lead your team in utilizing various machinery, including dozers, excavators, and cranes. With premium skills in mechanical knowledge and commercial driving, you will ensure that all equipment is maintained and operated safely. Your relevant experience in construction and equipment operation will contribute to the successful completion of projects while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Horizontal Boring/Directional Drillers:

Operates Horizontal Directional Drill for installation of underground conduit. Ensures safety of the public and other utilities underground facilities. Performs all duties according to prescribed safety procedures and uses appropriate safety equipment. Setup and cleanup of work site including traffic and pedestrian control. Reads utility locates and coordinating day lighting of these facilities. Ensures all applicable permits and locates are complete and on site. Inspects the work that is in progress to ensure that the workmanship conforms to specifications. Operates construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications. Level earth to final grade specifications. Operates vehicles and equipment operations from trucks to other equipment as directed and certified. Performs proper maintenance by greasing, oiling, and making minor repairs on equipment. Leads teams in the field effectively and efficiently as needed and directed by supervisor.

Locators:

Confirm bore path with foreman and drill operator. Ensure proper clearances to install the product per standards Oversee laborers and/or crew members work/time usage. Operate and maintain construction equipment and assigned vehicles. Locate/stake work areas prior to digging. Train others on proper operation of equipment.

Vacuum Truck Operators:

Perform Operations of a running Vacuum Truck CDL Required Perform labor task as assigned

Heavy Equipment Operators:

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including dozers, loaders, backhoes, and excavators. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) preferred. Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations. Experience operating concrete mixers and various trucks (dump, water, front loader). Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
