HDD Locator / Drill Operator

Kleven Construction is looking for talented Horizontal Directional Drilling Locators and Drill Operators. Kleven Construction has been in the industry for over 20 years and works all over the state of Arizona. Currently we are working in the East Valley on several fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) projects that involve drilling, trenching, fiber placement and restoration.

Job Description :

Kleven Construction is seeking an HDD Locator to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. Ideally, this candidate is a driven individual looking for a career opportunity with high-growth potential. We currently utilize Ditch Witch Drills and Subsite and Falcon Locating Equipment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for locating for the drill operator in a safe and effective manner. Responsible for daily safety and maintenance checks. Responsible for upholding a high standard of quality. Responsible for helping to set up job sites, traffic cones and signs. Responsible for helping to set handhole, vault, and flowerpot structures. Performs physical labor tasks not limited to digging or trenching with shovels or digging equipment. Job site clean-up and restoration. Follow all company safety, OSHA, and DOT policy

Qualifications:

2 + years of experience Driver's license, CDL is a plus Time management, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and execute tasks using good judgement Ability to document the jobsite before, during and after performing the operations using company provided video/photo equipment Join us in making an impact through your expertise in drilling operations while contributing to exciting construction projects!
