Full Job Description Position:
Water Well Driller (Mud / Air Rotary)
Responsibilities:
Operate drilling rigs using mud and air rotary methods. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Ensure proper setup, mobilization, and demobilization of drilling sites. Install PVC or steel casing and screens. Install submersible pumping systems. Operate and manage mud shakers, mud pits, and related equipment. Adhere to all safety and compliance standards. Accurately document daily operations, equipment usage, and project details.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating mud and air rotary drilling rigs. Knowledge of drilling processes, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ability to read, interpret, and follow drilling plans and specifications. Valid Drivers License Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience with submersible pump installation is beneficial.
